This listing is for all variations of our Jurtles. This is an alternate version of our standard Spurtles. It is used primarily to stir porridge, soups, and stews without forming lumps or dragging like a spoon. It works great for stirring oatmeal or porridge to keep the texture smooth, or for folding delicate batters or desserts without losing air.
