This listing is for the 12″ and 14″ versions of our No Drip Skimmer. This is a stout spoon that works to remove the foamy layer that rises to the top while simmering meat or bones, keeping the broth clean and clear. Features a “No Drip” hook on the back to help prevent messes. The head of the bowl is approximately 4-1/8″ in diameter.
