This listing is for all straining versions of our regular Harvest Spoon.
It has a curved, semicircular handle – which is more ergonomic than straight handles. They have a circular head shape, which leads the harvest spoons to be very good at serving with. The straining function is useful for any cooking applications where straining is required, but is most useful for straining brothy liquids as opposed to thicker liquids that can compact.

- 10″ Harvest Str. Spoon: the head is approximately 2-3/4″ in diameter
- 12″ Harvest Str. Spoon: the head is approximately 3″ in diameter
