Order and Shipping Information
We use a variety of hardwoods, cherry, maple, birch, beech, and walnut. When filling an order we pick out the very best utensils in our inventory for you. If you have a certain wood preference we will do our best to fill your needs which may mean a longer waiting period before shipping. We will notify you if we expect it to take longer than 2-4 weeks.
Sales Tax will be charged for all WV customers.
Please note that all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. If paying by check or money order please make payable to Allegheny Treenware, LLC, all payments must be received before shipping. Orders shipped outside the United States will be charged according to United States Postal International delivery rates.
